Role Description The Purchasing Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing procurement activities to support construction and fit-out projects. Daily tasks include processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely availability of materials.



The role involves negotiating prices and terms, maintaining vendor relationships, and monitoring inventory levels in collaboration with project and site teams. The Purchasing Executive will update procurement records, support budget adherence, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. The role requires close coordination with engineering, project management, and finance teams to align purchasing decisions with project timelines and cost objectives.

Qualifications
• Procurement of all Kinds of materials used in Building Projects.
• To handle day to day functioning of purchasing thought quote by vendor and Price negotiation.
• To identify quality vendors and negotiate rates and delivery timelines etc.
• Responsible for procuring building products as per site requirements.
• Ensuring adherence to technical/engineering specifications and procedures in the purchase or
