Role Overview

The Brand Development Executive – Salon will convert salon brand positioning and strategy into robust, usable visual systems and collaterals. The role sits between brand strategy, design, sales, education, and field execution, ensuring that every salon-facing touchpoint makes the brand easier to understand, present, recommend, and sell.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate salon brand positioning, product architecture,



treatment protocols, and campaign strategy into clear creative and collateral briefs.

• Develop and coordinate salon-facing assets such as menus, consultation tools, diagnosis aids, treatment cards, product guides, protocol books, posters, displays, launch kits, training aids, and event materials.

• Work with designers, copywriters, trainers, product teams, sales teams, printers, fabricators, and vendors to take assets from brief to production.

• Ensure visual consistency, hierarchy, terminology, claims, and product accuracy across all salon collaterals.

• Create modular toolkits for different salon formats, concern categories, launch priorities, and levels of investment.

• Visit salons and gather structured feedback on whether materials are understandable, usable, visible, and supportive of consultation and conversion.
