We’re looking for an experienced Academic Counselor with an EdTech background who can take complete ownership of the student counseling and enrollment process, from understanding students' academic needs and managing leads to converting enrollments and collecting payments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming student inquiries and the complete enrollment pipeline.
• Counsel prospective students on suitable mentorship programs and academic offerings.
• Consistently follow up with prospective students and parents.
• Drive enrollments, conversions and achieve admission targets.
• Handle queries, objections and concerns to help students make informed enrollment decisions.
• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain accurate student and sales records.
• Take end-to-end ownership of student enrollments, conversions and revenue generation.

Who We’re Looking For:




• Prior experience in Academic Counseling or Admissions within the EdTech industry is mandatory.
• Strong communication, counseling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Proven ability to convert student inquiries into paid enrollments.
• A proactive, target-driven professional who can work independently.
• Someone who understands that academic counseling is not just about explaining courses, but understanding student needs, building trust and driving enrollments.
