Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at Marothi’s showrooms in Betul. The Sales Executive will engage directly with customers, understand their requirements, present jewelry collections, and provide recommendations that align with their preferences and budgets.



Responsibilities include managing the sales process from initial greeting to final billing, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining product knowledge across gold, diamond, Kundan, Polki, silver, and wedding jewelry. The role involves handling inquiries, following up with prospective clients, supporting showroom merchandising, and contributing to sales targets and overall showroom performance. The Sales Executive will also assist in building long-term customer relationships and promoting Marothi’s brand values of trust and customer happiness.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service, client relationship management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to work toward defined targets and showroom goals.
• Product knowledge or willingness to learn about gold, diamond, Kundan, Polki, silver, and wedding jewelry.
• Basic proficiency in billing, cash
