We are looking for dynamic, experienced, and target-oriented professionals to join our Gwalior office and lead business growth, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and project implementation.

Position 1: General Manager (GM) – Business Operations & Strategic Growth

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall operations, team performance, business development, and revenue growth of the Gwalior branch.




• Develop strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, educational institutions, and corporate organizations across India.
• Lead technical and non-technical faculty and trainer deployment through direct and third-party engagement models.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, manpower solutions, client acquisition, and resource deployment.
• Drive retail and online admissions for partner colleges and universities across India.
• Acquire and implement corporate training projects in India and international markets.
• Develop business strategies, monitor revenue, manage client relationships, and achieve assigned targets.
• Lead, motivate, and evaluate teams across business development, admissions, recruitment, training, and operations.
• Prepare business plans, MIS reports, performance dashboards, and growth strategies.
• Identify recent business opportunities and expand the organization's institutional and corp
