About the InternshipWe are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated individuals who want to gain practical experience in sales, business development, and startup operations.
As a Business Development Intern – Host Acquisition, you will connect with property owners and hosts, introduce them to Lushla.in, understand their business requirements, and help interested hosts list and onboard their properties on our platform.
No prior sales experience is required. We will provide the necessary guidance and training.
Key Responsibilities• Identify potential property hosts through Airbnb, Booking.com, Google, social media,
and other relevant sources.
• Contact property owners through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Introduce Lushla.in and explain the platform’s features and benefits.
• Generate leads and build relationships with potential hosts.
• Follow up with interested property owners and address their initial queries.
• Assist hosts throughout the property onboarding and listing process.
• Maintain accurate lead information, call records, and follow-up details in Google Sheets or our CRM.
• Work towards daily and weekly activity targets.
• Help the team acquire new property listings and expand Lushla.in’s host network.
