ParthTech Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Executive at Pratap Ngar, Sanganer Jaipur Location to support recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.
We are looking for someone with good communication skills, practical knowledge of recruitment and HR processes, strong coordination skills, and the ability to handle responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Assist with employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate between employees, department heads, and management.
• Respond to employee queries and assist with day-to-day HR operations.




• Maintain recruitment databases and prepare basic HR reports.
• Assist management with HR policies, performance tracking, and employee engagement.
• Coordinate with departments to understand hiring and workforce requirements.

Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related role
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
• Positive professional communication skills in English and Hindi
• Good understanding of recruitment and basic HR processes
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
• Must be comfortable working on-site from our Sanganer, Jaipur office
