Key Responsibilities• Oversee day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, achieve targets, and identify growth opportunities.




• Manage inventory, stock records, sales reports, and showroom standards.
• Build strong customer relationships and support business development initiatives.
• Ensure effective product presentation and professional showroom management.

Candidate Requirements• Previous experience in showroom management, retail sales, or sales operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work towards sales targets and business goals.
• Positive organisational skills and proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Experience in the automobile or electric vehicle industry will be an advantage.
