Want real-world exposure to building a product from zero to revenue?

We're building enterprise software at Mindpex, and we're looking for technically strong, curious and committed people who want to build innovative, high-quality, production-grade software.
You'll work on real problems, interact with customers, understand their pain points, translate them into product requirements and build solutions that solve those problems.

You'll experience the entire journey: customer discovery, product management, PRDs, roadmaps, architecture, development, deployment, security, pilots and commercialisation.

This isn't your regular SDE internship. It's an opportunity to experience forward-deployed engineering: working at the intersection of customers, product and engineering.

We're offering this exposure in an unpaid, full-time internship lasting 6–8 months.
In return, we're looking for people who have a strong technical foundation, are responsible about building software, communicate consistently,



take ownership and are committed to seeing things through.

Technical requirements: Read this carefully

We're looking for full-stack engineering generalists who understand how the different pieces of a modern software product fit together.

1. Frontend and application development
• JavaScript and TypeScript.
• React and Next.js.
• Building responsive web applications and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
• Integrating frontend applications with backend services.

2. Backend engineering
• Strong working knowledge of Node.js and Python.
• Building backend services, business logic and REST APIs.
• Authentication, authorisation, validation, error handling and application architecture.
• Connecting frontend, backend and databases into a functioning application.

3. Databases and data management
• Supabase, including its database and authentication capabilities.
• PostgreSQL and relational database
