About Once Photography StudiosOnce Photography Studios specializes in qualified photography services, including maternity photography, newborn and baby photography, toddler portraits, family portraits, and other studio photography sessions. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to help us generate leads, convert enquiries into bookings, and grow our online sales.
Job Responsibilities1. Telecalling & Lead Management
• Call potential customers who enquire about our photography packages through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Follow up with existing leads and convert enquiries into confirmed photography bookings.
• Explain photography packages, pricing, offers, and available services to customers.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up with interested clients.
• Maintain customer details, lead status, and follow-up records.

Appointment Booking & Studio Visits
• Schedule photography sessions and appointments for customers.
• Coordinate with the photography team to check availability and confirm bookings.
• Encourage customers to visit the studio and experience our services.
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders through WhatsApp or phone calls.
• Ensure a smooth booking experience from the initial enquiry to the confirmed appointment.

3. Online Sales & Customer Engagement
• Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other online channels.
• Respond promptly to messages, comments, and pricing enquiries.
• Convert online enquiries into paid bookings.
• Share package details, promotional offers, and photography samples with prospective customers.
• Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not completed their bookings.
• Support online sales campaigns and promotional activities.
