Role Description This full-time Bakery & Pastry Chef role is an on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The Bakery & Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of baked goods, including breads, cookies, pastries, and other bakery items. Responsibilities include measuring and mixing ingredients, operating baking equipment, ensuring product quality and consistency,



and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen. The role involves planning daily production, experimenting with recent recipes, and ensuring timely preparation for retail or service needs. The chef will collaborate with the kitchen team, manage inventory related to baking supplies, and uphold hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in bakery operations, including Bakery and Baking skills for a variety of products.
• Proficiency in Food Preparation, with focus on safe handling, accurate measurements, and consistent quality.
• Ability to produce and customize Cookies and Bread to meet customer preferences and standards.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen sanitation requirements.
