Role Description The Program Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for guiding learners through AcceleratorX programs from enrollment to completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising participants on suitable programs, supporting their learning plans, and providing ongoing check-ins to track progress and address challenges. The Program Advisor will coordinate with mentors and instructors, communicate program updates, and ensure a high-quality learner experience. The role also involves collecting feedback,



maintaining accurate participant records, and contributing to continuous improvement of program processes and resources.

• Ability to provide advisory support to learners, understand their goals, and recommend appropriate programs and learning paths.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with participants, mentors, and internal teams.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple learners, schedules, and program timelines.
