Role Description The Assistant - Internal Communication & Coordination is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India.



This role supports day-to-day internal communication across teams, ensuring clear, timely, and consistent messaging for projects, announcements, and operational updates. Responsibilities include drafting internal emails, updates, and press note-style communications, maintaining communication calendars, and coordinating between leadership, project teams, and other stakeholders. The assistant will help prepare internal documents and presentations, track follow-ups and action items, and support strategic communication initiatives that align with the agency’s business goals. The role also involves organizing internal meetings, documenting minutes, and fostering smooth information flow to enhance collaboration and productivity.
