Role Description The Client Relationship Manager - BTL is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, primarily in below-the-line (BTL) marketing and experiential campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client objectives, coordinating with internal creative and technology teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of projects and activations. The role involves developing proposals, presenting concepts,



tracking campaign performance, and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. The manager will also identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, support pitch presentations, and help streamline processes to improve service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
• Strong client servicing, relationship management, and stakeholder communication skills with the ability to manage expectations and resolve issues proactively.
• Experience in BTL marketing, experiential campaigns, events, or brand activations, with an understanding of integrated and on-ground marketing strategies.
• Project coordination and account management skills, including planning, timeline management, and collaboration with creative, tech, and operations teams.
