Role Description The Senior Technical Instructor will design, deliver, and refine technical training programs for students and professionals in office at the Vijayawada location.



This full-time role includes developing structured curricula, creating training materials and assessments, and leading interactive classroom and lab-based sessions aligned with industry requirements. The person in this role will mentor learners, provide individualized feedback, conduct mock interviews, and guide participants through projects, case studies, and hands-on exercises. They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure training content is current, support scholarship and placement initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of GradsKey Technologies’ hybrid learning model. The Senior Technical Instructor will also track learner progress, prepare performance reports, and participate in events such as hackathons and group discussions to enhance learner outcomes.
