Role Description The Clinical Pharmacist will work on-site at Bodhi Mind Care Hospital in Coimbatore in a full time capacity, collaborating closely with psychiatrists, physicians, psychologists,



and nursing staff to optimize medication therapy for individuals receiving mental health and holistic care. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and verifying medication orders, ensuring appropriate drug selection, dosage, and administration, and monitoring for therapeutic effectiveness and adverse effects. The role involves counseling individuals and families on medication use, side effects, adherence strategies, and potential interactions, with particular attention to psychotropic and related medications. The Clinical Pharmacist will participate in clinical rounds, contribute to treatment planning, maintain accurate medication records, and uphold regulatory and safety standards in medication storage, dispensing, and documentation. Additional duties may include supporting formulary management, developing medication-related guidelines, and providing education to the clinical team on best practices in psychiatric and general pharmacotherapy.
