Role Description The Senior Sales and Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida,



responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and strategic business partnerships for Royal Origin’s portfolio of spirits. The role involves developing and executing sales and business development plans, identifying new market opportunities, and managing key accounts and channel partners across target regions. The manager will oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking, and process improvement to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met. Day-to-day activities include engaging with distributors and trade partners, leading negotiations, coordinating promotional and trade marketing initiatives, and ensuring excellent customer service and relationship management. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, finance, production, and compliance to align commercial strategies with brand, operational, and regulatory priorities
