JOB DESCRIPTION – QUALITY HEAD

Position: Quality Head
Industry: Sheet Metal / Automotive Components
Experience: Minimum 15-20 Years
Location: Faridabad ( On-Site )

Key Responsibilities

* Overall responsibility for Quality Management across sheet metal manufacturing operations.
* Directly handle OEM customers, customer visits, meetings, quality reviews and day-to-day customer quality requirements.
* Manage customer complaints, quality issues, 8D reports, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure.
* Maintain strong qualified relationships with OEM customers and act as the primary quality interface.
* Handle customer audits, process audits, product audits and ensure successful closure of observations.
* Ensure compliance with OEM quality standards, specifications and customer-specific requirements.
* Lead PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC and other quality-related activities.
* Drive continuous improvement, defect reduction, PPM reduction and process quality improvement.
* Coordinate with Production, Tool Room,



Engineering and NPD teams to ensure consistent product quality.
* Monitor rejection, rework, customer complaints and quality performance through appropriate KPIs.
* Lead and develop the Quality team and establish a strong quality culture across the organization.

Preferred OEM Customer Experience

Candidate should have strong hands-on experience in customer quality handling with major automotive OEMs, preferably:

* Honda
* Hero
* Maruti Suzuki
* Other Major Automotive OEMs

Candidate Profile

* Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Sheet Metal / Automotive Component manufacturing.
* Strong experience in OEM customer handling and customer relationship management.
* Proven experience in independently heading the Quality function.
* Strong knowledge of automotive quality systems, problem-solving tools and OEM requirements.
* Excellent communication, customer-handling, analytical and team-management skills.
* Should be cap
