Designation Accountant This candidate should be a qualified accountant to handle accounting responsibilities along with local online sales coordination, stock/inventory management, order processing, dispatch coordination, and maintaining related records. Profile for a middle-level account executive. 1 Knowledge of accounting software- Tally Prime, plus positive knowledge of Excel and Words 2 Complete Data entries in accounting software and generate vouchers. 3 Management of inventory in Tally Prime 4 Generate E-Invoice and E-way Bills 5 Generation of statutory reports like TDS, GST, PF, ESIC and payroll 6 Bank reconciliation 7 Filling out documents in the proper way 8 Writing of cheques to suppliers and others, and payment through RTGS/NEFT 9 Handling of petty cash and managing vouchers 10 Visit Bank/ IT/ GST Department
