Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to join our Coimbatore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client coordination, document handling, and transaction updates, ensuring smooth operational processes and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on operational matters.
• Collect, verify, and manage customer documentation accurately.
• Maintain and update customer information across internal systems and portals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing.
• Communicate transaction updates to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Proactively follow up with clients and internal teams to close pending items.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or similar data management tools.
• Proficiency in Hindi and Malayalam would be an added advantage.
