Job: Sales Consultant – Furniture & Interiors

Experience: 3+ years in Furniture / Modular Interiors / Interior Design Sales

Position Overview

CustomFurnish is looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Sales Consultant with experience in the furniture or interiors industry.
The role is responsible for managing customers from the initial enquiry through consultation, quotation and closure. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of modular furniture and interiors, be confident in explaining materials and design options, and most importantly, have a proven ability to convert leads into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Consultation & Sales
• Engage with prospective customers and understand their requirements, budget, lifestyle and preferences.
• Explain CustomFurnish’s design, manufacturing and execution capabilities and help customers understand the value of customized interiors.
• Guide customers through furniture options, layouts, materials, finishes, hardware and customization possibilities.

Lead Conversion & Revenue




• Own assigned leads from first interaction through closure.
• Prepare and explain quotations and clearly communicate pricing, scope, materials and the overall process.
• Handle customer objections, negotiate effectively and drive customers towards closure.
• Consistently achieve individual sales, revenue and conversion targets.
• Follow up systematically with every prospective customer and ensure that no qualified lead is lost due to lack of follow-up.

Customer Handover
• Once the customer signs up, ensure a smooth handover to the design team with complete information regarding requirements, commitments and expectations.
• Continue to remain involved where required to support commercial closure and ensure a seamless customer experience.

CRM & Sales Discipline
• Maintain accurate and timely updates for all leads, follow-ups and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Maintain a clear sales pipeline
