We are looking for 3–4 experienced Inside Sales Executive / Course Counsellor professionals who are confident in communication, customer handling, lead conversion, and counselling candidates for professional IT courses.

? EXPERIENCE
3–4 Years of Relevant Experience

Experience in Sales , customer handling, inside sales, education counselling, or lead conversion will be preferred.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls from students, working professionals, and prospective candidates.

• Make approximately 100 calls per day and effectively follow up with leads.

• Understand candidate requirements, career goals, and technical background.

• Explain our IT courses, training programs, certifications, curriculum, career benefits, and technical details clearly to candidates.

• Counsel and convince prospective candidates to enroll in suitable courses.





• Convert qualified leads into successful course enrollments.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.

• Handle candidate queries professionally and build trust throughout the counselling process.

• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions.

• Achieve monthly lead conversion and enrollment targets.
