Job Description
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies across APAC markets, including India, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Drive demand generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth across both academic and industry segments.
- Partner closely with regional sales leaders and distributors to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities.
- Lead product positioning, campaign execution, promotional activities, and sales enablement programmes.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders, research institutions, and industry partners to expand market presence.
- Plan and deliver scientific conferences, trade shows,



and customer-facing events across the region.
- Localise global marketing programmes and content to maximise relevance and impact in individual markets.
- Analyse market trends, competitive activity, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and optimise ROI.
- Act as the key link between APAC commercial teams and global marketing, ensuring consistent execution and brand alignment

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- Robust scientific background in life sciences, with the credibility to engage researchers and commercial stakeholders. A PhD is advantageous but not essential.
- 5-10+ years' experience in the life sciences industry, ideally within a leading multinational organisation.
- Proven success managing antibody or research reagent portfolios, including strategy, positioning, and growth.
- Experience leading regional marketing, product management, or commercial initiatives across A
