Role:
The Finance & Accounts Intern role is a hands-on operational finance position designed to provide real-world manufacturing exposure. This role is responsible for supporting daily plant-level accounting operations, bank reconciliations, tax compliance (GST & TDS) and assisting in monthly financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Core Accounting & Daily Operations
• Support day-to-day accounting entries and transaction processing in Tally.




• Assist with purchase bill booking, document verification and basic sales billing verification.
• Help maintain petty cash logs and ensure supporting physical vouchers are filed accurately.

2. Reconciliations & Compliance
• Assist in performing periodic bank statement reconciliations to align ledger records.
• Support the preparation and initial checking of GST and TDS accounting entries.
• Assist the finance team in matching vendor ledgers and performing basic GSTR-2A vs. Tally reconciliations.

3. Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Assist the core team in compiling monthly MIS reports.
• Support plant-level finance operations across multiple manufacturing units.
• Maintain structured financial documentation, audit trails and periodic MIS reports.

Internal & External Finance & Accounts Team, Plant Operations, Procurement & Supply Chain Vendors, Auditors, Banking Partners
