We are looking for Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Senior Business Development Managers (Sr. BDMs) who are confident, target-oriented and passionate about building robust customer relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities from leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer meetings, follow-ups and negotiations.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
• Maintain regular updates on leads, follow-ups and conversions.

What We’re Looking For
• 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.




• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Telugu (Odia will be advantage).
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of the Vizag market is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings when required.
