Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Fresher role based in Noida. The role involves responding to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems, and providing explicit, timely resolutions. The individual will assist clients in understanding and using TraviYo’s travel technology platform, including basic troubleshooting and guidance on features.
Day-to-day responsibilities include recording issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members, and following up to ensure closure. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation of interactions, sharing customer feedback with relevant teams, and participating in training sessions to build product and domain knowledge.
