Key Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies and editorial plans aligned with employer brand, talent marketing and recruitment objectives.
• Create engaging written content for career websites, social media, recruitment campaigns, job promotions, employee stories, newsletters, videos, presentations and internal channels.
• Plan and manage recruitment marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement and applications for priority roles.
• Translate hiring requirements and talent insights into targeted content for specific skills, locations, experience levels and candidate segments.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, business leaders and regional teams to identify content requirements and campaign opportunities.
• Develop employee stories, testimonials, leadership narratives and workplace content that authentically represent the employee experience.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, agencies and digital teams to produce high-quality visual, multimedia and campaign assets.
• Create content briefs, campaign concepts, messaging frameworks,



scripts, storyboards and creative direction for talent marketing initiatives.
• Manage content calendars, production schedules, approval workflows and campaign deadlines across multiple projects.
• Optimize content for digital platforms, social media channels, search visibility and audience engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance, content engagement, application volumes and conversion indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Research emerging content formats, platform developments, creative practices and talent marketing trends.
• Maintain consistency with the organization’s employer brand, tone of voice, visual identity and communication standards.
• Support career events, recruitment drives, campus initiatives, talent communities and other candidate engagement programs.
