About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Laser, Dispensing & Adhesive Process Lead to drive process development, optimization, and production excellence in advanced manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for leading laser processing and adhesive/dispensing technologies, ensuring robust process capability, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end process development for Laser, Dispensing, and Adhesive applications in a high-volume manufacturing workplace.
• Define process parameters, machine settings,



and control plans to achieve quality and productivity targets.
• Drive process qualification, validation, and capability improvement activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities and manufacturing readiness.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Design, Quality, Tooling, Automation, and Production teams.
• Lead troubleshooting activities related to laser welding/marking/cutting and adhesive dispensing processes.
• Drive yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Mentor and guide engineers and technicians to build technical capability within the team.
