We are seeking a competent Food Safety Consultant to support our growing portfolio of food safety management system projects across food processing, food manufacturing, packaging, ingredients, FMCG and related industries.
2. Job Purpose
To assess, develop, implement and improve Food Safety Management Systems in accordance with FSSC 22000,



ISO 22000 and HACCP requirements, helping clients establish effective food safety controls, achieve certification readiness and sustain compliance through practical implementation.
3. Key Responsibilities
A. Food Safety Management System Implementation
• Implement ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems and support FSSC 22000 certification readiness.
• Develop, review and update food safety policies, procedures, SOPs, work instructions and records.
• Establish and maintain HACCP plans, hazard analysis, hazard control measures, CCPs and operational prerequisite programmes (OPRPs), as applicable.
• Support implementation of applicable prerequisite programmes (PRPs), including hygiene, sanitation, pest control, personnel practices, maintenance and environmental monitoring, as relevant to the facility.
• Conduct gap assessments and prepare practical implementation plans.
