Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to lead the design, development, implementation, customization, and integration of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across ServiceNow modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead development teams while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

* Lead the technical design, architecture, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, functional consultants, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Lead and mentor ServiceNow developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices.




* Design and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, automation, integrations, and customizations.
* Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on project requirements.
* Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer flows, and other platform components.
* Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and other integration technologies.
* Manage platform data models, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and configuration management practices where applicable.
* Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, security guidelines, performance optimization, and upgrade best practices.
* Support instance upgrades, release management, deployment activities, troubleshooting, and production support.
* Identify technical risks, recommend solutions, and resolve complex platform issues.
* Work closely with QA
