Key Responsibilities

Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Plan and execute social media strategies and content calendars. Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns. Handle video editing and graphic designing for social media content. Design creative posts, banners, thumbnails, and marketing materials Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software. Monitor followers, reach, engagement, views, and overall account growth. Research trending topics, reels, hashtags, and audio for better reach. Coordinate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency. Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Relevant experience in social media management. Strong skills in video editing and graphic designing. Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, reels,



and social media trends. Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools. Creative thinking, content planning, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
