Job Overview

We are looking for a creative Women's Wear Designer with an interest in fashion trends, fabric selection, garment styling, and design development. The candidate should be able to develop appealing women's clothing designs based on customer preferences and current fashion trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Create designs for women's clothing, including dresses, kurtis, tops, and other apparel.
- Research current fashion trends, colours, fabrics, and silhouettes.
- Prepare sketches, mood boards, and design concepts.
- Select suitable fabrics, colours, prints, and embellishments.
- Coordinate with tailors, pattern makers, and production teams.
- Develop samples and review garment fitting and finishing.
- Make design modifications based on feedback.




- Maintain design files, references, and sample records.
- Assist in developing seasonal and occasion-wear collections.
- Ensure designs meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Requirements

- Qualification in Fashion Design or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in women's wear design preferred.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply.
- Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and fashion trends.
- Good sketching and creative design skills.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate with production teams and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
