Junior Dialysis Therapist – Job Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist senior dialysis technicians and nephrology staff in providing dialysis treatment to patients.
- Prepare and check dialysis machines, dialyzers, and related equipment before treatment.
- Prepare dialysis solutions and ensure the availability of required consumables.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, before, during, and after dialysis.
- Assist in connecting and disconnecting patients from dialysis machines under appropriate supervision.
- Maintain proper infection control, hygiene, and sterilization procedures.
- Observe patients during treatment and promptly report complications or abnormal changes to senior staff.
- Maintain dialysis treatment records, patient charts, and machine logs accurately.




- Ensure proper handling and disposal of biomedical waste according to hospital protocols.
- Assist with routine maintenance checks and cleaning of dialysis equipment.
- Provide basic patient education on dialysis procedures, hygiene, and treatment schedules.
- Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and nephrology department protocols.

Eligibility and Skills

- Diploma or degree in Dialysis Technology / Medical Dialysis Technology.
- Freshers may be considered, depending on hospital requirements.
- Basic knowledge of dialysis machines and renal care.
- Positive communication skills and patient-care abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts and follow clinical supervision.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
