Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Medical Superintendent to oversee clinical operations, hospital administration, and quality management across our super-speciality hospitals in Bareilly. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sound clinical administration knowledge, and experience in maintaining patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high standards of healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and clinical administration.
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, nursing staff, paramedical teams, and administrative departments.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, medical ethics, and clinical governance.
- Maintain compliance with NABH standards, statutory regulations, and hospital policies.
- Monitor infection control, biomedical waste management, quality indicators, and clinical audits.
- Handle patient grievances and implement measures to improve patient satisfaction.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with department heads and consultants to ensure smooth hospital functioning.
- Support hospital accreditation, regulatory inspections, and compliance activities.
- Contribute to operational efficiency, strategic planning, and overall hospital growth.

Required Qualifications

- MBBS with MD / MHA / MBA in Hospital Administration or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- 8–15 years of experience in hospital operations,



clinical administration, or healthcare management.
- Proven leadership and team-management experience in a hospital setting.
- Good knowledge of NABH standards, quality management systems, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commitment to ethical practices and patient-centric healthcare.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in a multi-speciality or super-speciality hospital.
- Experience managing clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Exposure to hospital accreditation, quality audits, and process improvement.
- Ability to manage operational challenges and maintain high standards of healthcare services.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
