Recruitment Executive – Immediate Joiner | 3–8 Years |
Key requirement:
- 3–8 years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Must have independently handled end-to-end recruitment
- Strong sourcing experience through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and other channels
- Candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer management and joining follow-up
- Experience hiring for BFSI / Banking / IT / ITES / corporate roles preferred
- Should be comfortable handling multiple positions simultaneously
- Positive candidate follow-up and joining conversion skills
- Good Communication skills
- Experience with recruitment MIS and Excel
- Immediate joiner
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
