Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon, Flipkart and other seller accounts.
- Create, update and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, prices and other product details.
- Monitor and process incoming orders on a daily basis.
- Maintain and update inventory/stock levels.
- Handle cancellations, returns, refunds and customer-related marketplace issues.
- Monitor seller account health, performance metrics and policy notifications.
- Download and maintain sales, order, inventory and payment reports.
- Coordinate with the packing/dispatch team to ensure timely order processing.
- Monitor pricing, offers, discounts and product availability.
- Identify and report listing/account issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Maintain basic records and reports using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Assist in improving product visibility, sales and overall marketplace performance.

Required Skills





- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Good knowledge of product listing and catalogue management.
- Knowledge of order, inventory and return management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Positive computer and internet skills.
- Ability to analyse basic sales and marketplace reports.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily marketplace operations.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce SEO and product ranking.
- Experience with marketplace promotions, offers and pricing.
- Experience handling seller account health or marketplace policy issues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
