About the Role

CareerLadder is looking for a creative, hands-on, and detail-oriented Videographer to join our team full-time. In this role, you will handle end-to-end video production, from shooting classroom sessions and student testimonials to producing high-impact promotional and educational content that elevates our brand across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end video production: shooting, editing, color grading, and sound mixing for institute promotions, courses, and student success stories.
- Manage studio setups, including camera operations, three-point lighting, and multi-mic audio capture.
- Collaborate daily with trainers, students, and marketing teams to brainstorm concepts, script visual ideas, and build storyboards.
- Produce engaging short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and structured long-form content (YouTube tutorials, masterclasses, event coverage).
- Cover on-campus workshops, student hackathons, placement drives, and institute events.
- Maintain, organize, and archive raw footage, project files, and studio gear.
- Stay updated with current video editing styles,



trending audio, and platform algorithms.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
- Experience with motion graphics, lower thirds, and titles (Adobe After Effects is a plus).
- Strong hands-on expertise with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, studio lighting, and audio equipment.
- Demonstrated portfolio of short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form video content.
- Strong sense of pacing, visual storytelling, and audience retention techniques.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle daily shoot schedules and fast-turnaround edits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
