About the Role

Marketing Eraa is hiring a Sales Executive with 2–3 years of sales experience and previous experience selling digital marketing agency services.

You will manage the complete sales process—from generating leads to closing deals—with a primary focus on social media management. You will also sell website design and development, Meta and Google Ads management, SEO, and Google Business Profile management.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Follow up with agency-provided leads and identify their business needs.
- Pitch suitable services through calls, messages, and online meetings.
- Explain service packages, handle objections, negotiate within approved terms, and close deals.
- Coordinate with the team to prepare proposals and ensure smooth client handovers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, and closed deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report sales progress.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of sales experience.
- Previous sales experience at a digital marketing agency is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of social media management and other digital marketing services.
- Ability to independently generate leads, follow up, and close deals.
- Strong Hindi communication skills; basic English is acceptable.
- Good pitching, negotiation,



objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Availability to work from our Rohini Sector 1 office during the stated schedule.

Salary, Targets and Incentives

- Fixed monthly salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000.
- Monthly sales target: 7 times the fixed monthly salary.
- At ₹20,000 salary, the monthly target is ₹1,40,000.
- At ₹25,000 salary, the monthly target is ₹1,75,000.
- A 5% incentive applies only to the sales amount above the monthly target.
- Targets and incentives are calculated on the value of closed deals, even if client payment is pending.
- For monthly service contracts, only the first month’s service fee counts toward the target and incentive calculation.

Example: With a ₹20,000 salary and ₹2,00,000 in qualifying monthly sales, the incentive is 5% of ₹60,000 = ₹3,000.

Work Arrangement

This role involves office-based sales through calls, messages, and online meetings. Marketing Eraa will provide a computer.

Selection Process

Interview followed by a mock sales call pitching social media management services.
