Inbound Sales Team Lead

We're looking for an Inbound Sales Team Lead to drive our inbound sales engine — from lead qualification to closed deals. You'll lead a team of 5+, own the pipeline, and coach reps on pre-sales, cold calling, and closing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a 5+ member inbound sales team and own monthly targets
Manage the full funnel — qualification through conversion
Track performance, conversions, and follow-ups; keep CRM data clean
Coach the team on pre-sales, cold calling, objection handling, and closing
Partner with internal teams to improve lead quality
Step in on key leads when needed

What We're Looking For

2–3 years in inbound sales, incl. 1+ year leading a 5+ member team
Background in both B2B and B2C sales
Robust pipeline/funnel management and CRM skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management
MBA preferred
Prior experience in Real Estate, Banking, Interior Design, or SaaS/PaaS a plus
Fluent in English,



and Hindi (Telugu and Kannada a plus)

2> years baseline experience of inbound sales
1+ year managing a team of 5+ people — Required
Pre-sales, cold calling & objection handling experience — Must as Experience
Pipeline building & funnel management — Strong Experience
CRM proficiency — needed for accurate tracking
B2B + B2C sales exposure — Both are required
English, Kannada, Hindi — Required
Preferred companies: Magicbricks, PolicyBazaar, Brick&Bolt;, NoBroker, Sharekhan, Urban Company, Livspace, Flipspaces, MyTiles, Khidki, or similar interior and design companies

Age Limit : Between 24 to 30
Industry Specialization : Real estate, banking, interior design, software (SaaS or PaaS)
Experience : <2 years
Exposure : B2B and B2C

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
