Core Responsibilities

- Process & Workflow Management: Streamline daily analytical workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and contribute to daily lab work if required.
- Equipment & Asset Management: Oversee the procurement, calibration, routine maintenance, act on instrument’s breakdown and follow up on the same.
- Inventory & Procurement: Manage supply chains for reagents, and consumables, tracking stock levels, usage rates, and vendor management
- Staffing & Personnel: Handle resource planning, shift scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and team management & development.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce local regulatory standards & perform internal audits and manage hazardous waste etc.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education:



Typically requires a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a life science discipline (such as biology, chemistry, biotechnology, or medical technology).
- Experience: 4 to 6+ years of progressive laboratory experience, often moving from a technician or technologist role into quality management or supervision. Hands on experience in microscopy.
- Key Skills: Solid organizational aptitude, analytical problem-solving, cross-functional communication, vendor negotiation, and proficiency with digital inventory or LIS.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
