We are looking for an experienced Senior Staff Nurse with strong hands-on experience in OGB, Inpatient (IP) and Labour Ward nursing.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide quality nursing care to antenatal, postnatal and gynaecology patients.
- Manage patients in the OGB Inpatient (IP) ward.
- Monitor patients during labour and identify any complications or emergencies.
- Assist doctors during normal and complicated deliveries.
- Monitor vital signs, fetal heart rate and labour progress.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Handle obstetric emergencies and coordinate with doctors.
- Ensure proper infection control and patient safety practices.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding antenatal, postnatal and newborn care.
- Supervise and support junior nursing staff.




- Ensure smooth functioning of the ward and labour room during shifts.

Qualification

- GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- Relevant experience in OGB, IP and Labour Ward preferred.

Required Experience & Skills

- Strong OGB/IP and Labour Ward experience.
- Experience in handling labour and delivery cases.
- Valuable knowledge of obstetric and gynaecological nursing procedures.
- Ability to handle emergency situations.
- Good communication and patient-care skills.
- Ability to coordinate and guide junior nursing staff.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with 1+ years of relevant OGB, IP and Labour Ward experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
