About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the store team, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead, supervise and motivate the store team to achieve business and sales targets.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets and ensure consistent performance.
- Handle customers professionally and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Manage inventory, stock inward/outward, stock transfers and regular stock verification.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, pricing and store presentation.
- Monitor daily sales, billing, cash handling and store reports.
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales and other store-related activities.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
- Coordinate with the management and other departments regarding stock, sales and operational requirements.
- Train, guide and develop team members to improve productivity and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and brand standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline and overall presentation.
- Prepare and submit daily,



weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in store management, retail, electronics, mobile or gadget-related businesses.
- Proven experience in team handling and sales management.
- Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of retail sales, inventory management and store operations.
- Strong target-oriented approach with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Good knowledge of POS/billing systems and MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities efficiently.
- Responsible, proactive, organized and professional in approach.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven retail workplace.
- Experience in the mobile, electronics or gadget industry will be an added advantage.
