Project Summary – SAKHI Utpadan Samiti :
Sakhi, a flagship CSR initiative of Hindustan Zinc (Vedanta Group), empowers rural women in Rajasthan and Uttarakhand through sustainable livelihoods. Since 2016, it has mobilized thousands into Self Help Groups (SHGs), fostering entrepreneurship and economic participation.

Established in 2018 as an ISO 9001-certified enterprise, Sakhi Utpadan Samiti offers over 200 textile and 70+ food products through a growing network of 250 retail stores.

Through its brands—heartswithfingers, DaiChi, and Upaya Sakhi—it connects women artisans directly to markets, enabling consumers to make responsible purchases that benefit the makers.

Committed to inclusivity, entrepreneurship, and sustainability, Sakhi strengthens rural value chains and promotes economic independence and dignity for women in its communities.

Position Summary:

Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile Content Lead and Strategic Storyteller to amplify the impact of the Sakhi Program. You will bridge grassroots artisan stories with high-converting commercial copy—handling everything from high-velocity E-commerce marketplace content (Amazon A+, Flipkart, Website) to corporate communications (Annual Reports, CXO LinkedIn engagement, impact case studies).





Responsibilities:

1. E-Commerce & Marketplace Content (Conversion Focus)

- Amazon A+ Content & Flipkart Listings: Write compelling, high-converting product descriptions, bullet points, infographics text, and modular A+ brand story pages for food and artisanal categories.
- Website Content (Heartswithfingers.com): Own product landing pages, banner copy, SEO product descriptions, and the execution of the “Meet the Maker” interactive program to showcase artisan provenance.

2. Impact Storytelling & Corporate Communications

- Women Case Studies: Travel to field locations (Rajasthan/Uttarakhand) to interview rural women entrepreneurs, crafting inspiring, human-centric impact profiles for internal and external stakeholders.
- Annual Reports & ESG Collateral: Research, write, and curate content sections for the Sakhi/Vedanta CSR Annual Report, impact coffee-table books, and investor/donor updates.

3. Social Media & Executive LinkedIn Branding

- CXO & B2B LinkedIn Strategy: Draft authoritative, thought-leadership posts for senior executives and program heads to engage CXOs, corporate buyers, and ESG influencers.
- Instagram & Visual Content: Plan and write engaging reels captions, carousel copy, and lifestyle content showcasing the journey from rural artisans to modern kitchens.

4. Collateral & Sales Enablement
Draft B2B brand catalogues, pitch decks, corporate gifting brochures (e.g., Rakhi/Diwali kits), and email newsletters targeting corporate accounts and modern trade partners.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 3–4 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or brand communications within FMCG, D2C, social enterprise,



or agency environments.
- E-Commerce Copywriting: Proven track record of creating Amazon A+ content, SEO product listings, and digital marketplace collateral.
- B2B & Thought Leadership Writing: Ability to write polished, executive-ready posts and corporate report content.
- Storytelling Muscle: Strong interviewing skills with the empathy to capture grassroots rural narratives accurately.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written) for smooth field-level interviews and corporate drafting.

Compensation & Equal Opportunity:

The salary for this position is fixed at ₹50,000 per month (ECC level).
