Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Interact directly with customers and understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong and long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide end-to-end customer services.
- Follow up with customers regularly and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with various services and requirements.
- Responsible for sales and achieving assigned targets.
- Identify sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Weekly Off: 2 Sundays off and 2 Sundays working in a month.

- Rotational Off: Weekly offs will be provided on a rotational basis as per the team schedule

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
