We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales & Business Development Intern to join JAGSA INDUSTRIES, a growing custom garment manufacturing company based in Faridabad.

You will be responsible for handling incoming customer enquiries, calling potential clients, understanding their requirements, following up with leads, and helping convert enquiries into orders. You will also research potential clothing brands and corporate clients and reach out to them to generate new business opportunities.

You will work directly with the founders and get practical experience in B2B sales, telecalling, lead generation, customer handling, follow-ups and business development.

Key responsibilities:

- Call and handle incoming leads from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our products and manufacturing capabilities.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate quotations and sample enquiries with the team.
- Research potential clothing brands and corporate clients online.




- Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain basic lead and follow-up records using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Build relationships with potential customers and help convert genuine enquiries into orders.

What we are looking for:

- Positive spoken English and Hindi.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to research and find information online.
- Confident, polite and persistent communication.
- Willingness to learn sales and business development.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Faridabad with a stipend of ₹12,000–₹15,000/month + performance incentives. Based on performance, there may be an opportunity to continue with JAGSA in a full-time role.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
