Key Responsibilities

Handle diamond and jewellery sales enquiries from domestic and international clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Identify and approach potential buyers, retailers, wholesalers, jewellery manufacturers, and other business clients.

Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and pending payments.

Understand customer requirements regarding diamond quality, carat, cut, colour, clarity, certification, and pricing.

Provide suitable diamond/jewellery options based on customer requirements and budget.

Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers within company guidelines.

Prepare and share quotations, product details, images, videos, and specifications with clients.

Coordinate with the Diamond, Jewellery, Inventory, Accounts, and Dispatch teams for order processing.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, customer communication, orders, and sales activities.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Handle customer communication through phone, WhatsApp, email, CRM, and other approved platforms.

Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.

Ensure proper follow-up with international clients according to their respective time zones.

Provide daily sales/activity reports to the reporting manager.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information, company pricing, inventory, and business data.





Night Shift Responsibilities

Manage sales communication with international customers and overseas markets during their business hours.

Respond promptly to enquiries received during the night shift.

Coordinate with the day-shift team for proper handover of pending enquiries and orders.

Maintain a complete shift-wise handover and follow-up report.

Ensure no key customer enquiry or order is missed during the shift.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of diamonds and jewellery products.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good English communication skills, especially for international clients.

Customer relationship management skills.

Ability to achieve sales targets.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and CRM/software.

Ability to work independently during the night shift.

Good follow-up and convincing skills.

Professional attitude and robust customer-service orientation.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:

Diamond sales

Jewellery sales

B2B diamond trading

Jewellery manufacturing/sales

International diamond or jewellery sales

Export sales

International customer handling

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
