Store Executive (Civil Construction)

To manage the end-to-end lifecycle of construction materials at the project site, ensuring zero stock-outs, preventing pilferage, and maintaining 100% accurate digital and physical records.

Key Responsibilities

- Material Inward/Outward: Receive all incoming materials (Steel, Cement, Bricks, Sand, etc.) and verify them against Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Challans (DC).
- Quality & Quantity Check: Perform physical verification of quantity and coordinate with Site Engineers for quality approval before unloading.
- Inventory Management: Maintain a "Minimum Stock Level" for critical items to prevent work stoppages. Raise timely Purchase Requisitions (PR).
- Documentation: Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in the ERP (SAP/Tally/Custom Software). Maintain Gate Passes, Issue Slips, and Bin Cards.
- Storage & Safety: Ensure proper stacking and labeling (FIFO - First In, First Out) to prevent material degradation (especially for cement and chemicals).
- Reconciliation:



Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock verification and reconcile with system records. Report any variances immediately.
- Scrap Management: Monitor and document construction scrap (cut pieces of TMT, empty bags, etc.) for planned disposal.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate (B.Com/B.A.) or Diploma in Material Management/Supply Chain.
- Experience: 2–5 years in a construction site store (Residential/Commercial/Infrastructure).
- Technical: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP MM, Tally Prime) and MS Excel (for consumption reports).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction materials and units of measurement (e.g., MT for steel, Bags for cement, Brass for sand).
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, honesty (integrity is non-negotiable in this role), and the ability to manage site labor.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
