Job Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad (Nodal Pick-up Drop available from Ahmedabad)
Shift: 5 Days + Alternate Saturdays will be working
Eligibility Criteria:
• Educational Qualification:
Mechanical / B.E- Mechanical
• Years of experience:
• BE Mechanical engineer: Minimum 4 -10 years of relevant experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Quality Management system
• Create & review the QMS documents Control plan, SOP, Check list as per ISO 9001:2015 standard.
• AAR- QMS – M934 & M1003 - implementation in the plant
• Develop & Implement QAP as per RDSO requirement
• Quality Auditing
• Conduct the Internal / external audits according to ISO 9001:2015, Product audit, Process audit, AAR audit as per standard.
• Manufacturing Process Quality
• Drive Zero defect approach in channel & create the culture for First time right quality
• Implementation of QMS on channel (Control plan, PFMEA, SOP)
• Drive the Scrap/Loss/Rework improvement project though A3 Problem solving /Kaizen/Daily Management tool.
• Drive process capability improvement on channel
• Engineering change managemen
