Job SummarySkyyRider Electric Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, expand dealer networks, and generate new revenue opportunities in the electric vehicle industry.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify recent business opportunities, potential clients, and market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, corporate clients, and business partners.
• Expand the dealer and distribution network across assigned territories.
• Generate leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.




• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Represent the company in client meetings, business events, and industry exhibitions.
• Lead, motivate, and support the business development team to achieve organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the automobile or EV industry.
• Proven experience in dealer development, channel sales, and B2B sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience in team handling and sales target management.
