Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and induction activities, and helping coordinate training and development initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of HR policies,



supporting employee benefits administration, and helping address routine employee queries. The role also involves contributing to personnel management tasks such as attendance tracking, HR documentation, and basic HR reporting. The intern will collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support day-to-day people operations.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Personnel Management to assist in policy implementation and workforce administration.
